About Yoga Meats Retreats
Yoga Meats Retreats began with a simple intention: to create a space where women can feel truly nourished — through real food, deep rest, and movement that is supportive, grounding, and restorative. A space to slow down, reconnect, and be well in a way that feels sustainable.

Each Yoga Meats retreat is curated by women, for women. We believe in nutrient-dense food — generous, beautifully prepared, and built around grass-fed meats, eggs and broths. We believe in deep rest as the foundation of strength. And we believe in movement that meets your body kindly.
We keep our gatherings small on purpose. Up to twelve women at a time, in places that feel like home rather than hotels. Our chefs cook for you. Our teachers hold space for you. And the rest of the time is yours.
Whether you're new to a keto or carnivore way of eating or have been at it for years, you'll be welcomed exactly as you are.
