FAQ
Frequently asked questions about our retreats
Do I need to be on a strict carnivore or keto diet to come?+
Not at all. The menus are keto and carnivore-inspired, but no prior experience is needed. Many of our guests come simply curious. We always check in on dietary needs and preferences before you arrive.
Is there yoga every day?+
Yes. A twice-daily practice, with a gentle morning session and a longer restorative practice in the evening. Everything is optional.
How small are the groups?+
Intentionally small. We host up to twelve women per retreat, in a private house, so that everyone is genuinely looked after.
Are the retreats only for women?+
Yes. Yoga Meats Retreats is a women-only space, designed and held by a small team of women.
What does the food look like?+
Meals and snacks, prepared by a private chef in the house. Expect grass-fed and pasture-raised meats, eggs, slow-simmered broths, organ-meat options where wanted, and beautifully composed plates with seasonal additions from local farms and estates.
Can I come on my own?+
Most of our guests do. The rhythm of the retreat is designed so it feels easy to arrive solo and leave with friends.
How is pricing handled?+
Each retreat begins with a private inquiry. We'll share full details once we've spoken. A £500 deposit secures your place on booking, with the balance due by 5th August 2026. Bookings made after 1st August require payment in full. If you'd like to spread payments, just mention it when you get in touch and we'll arrange something that works for you.
How do I reserve a place?+
Send a note through the contact form or join the private list. We reply personally and walk you through the rest.
What's included?+
Your private room, all meals prepared by our chef, every session and workshop, on-site experiences and taxes. Travel to the house and travel insurance are arranged separately.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Your £500 deposit is non-refundable should you need to withdraw. In the unlikely event that we cancel the retreat, your deposit is returned to you in full. Full terms are shared with you personally on inquiry.
